Terms and Conditions

By accepting these terms, the Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms:


Section One: Commitment to General Provisions

1. Dealing in accordance with Islamic law:

Dealing with a beautician must be in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring mutual respect and high ethical standards.


2. Appointing a specialist:

NailChem Ltd. is responsible for appointing the beautician based on a review of her professional performance and availability, to ensure a high quality service.


3. Choosing a specialist:

The client is allowed to request a specific beautician provided that she does not have other bookings at the same time. The company will endeavour to accommodate this request as much as possible.

Section Two: Advance Booking Terms

4. Advance booking:

Specialist reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to ensure availability. For appointments on holidays and festivals, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.


5. Reception of the specialist:

It is the client's responsibility to receive the specialist at the location and time specified during the reservation. The client must be present at the specified location to receive the service at the specified time.


6. Location:

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the location specified during the booking. Any alternative location will not be considered valid unless the company is notified at least one day prior to the scheduled time through approved electronic channels.


7. No refund:

The service is considered provided upon the team’s arrival at the location specified in the reservation, and the amount will not be refunded if the specialist is not received at the agreed time and place.


8. Timing:

The company is responsible for providing the service at the agreed time, with the possibility of advancing or delaying it by up to 20 minutes depending on traffic. The official time begins when the client receives the specialist and the service begins at the time specified in the invoice.


9. Delay in reception:

If the client does not receive the specialist within 15 minutes of the arrival time specified in the reservation, the visit will be considered an advance and will not be compensated.


10. Service for ladies only:

The service is provided for women only. There must be a woman present in the house to receive the service. If she is not present, the visit will be considered an advance visit and no refund will be given.

Section Three: Property Protection and Client Responsibilities

11. Property Protection:

The client is responsible for protecting his personal belongings and valuables from damage or loss during the visit period. The company will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to personal belongings.


12. The client’s responsibility for the specialist:

The client is responsible for the specialist during the visit period. The specialist is not allowed to leave the specified location before the company representative arrives at the end of the specified appointment.


13. Emergencies:

The Customer must notify the Company immediately in the event of any emergency requiring medical attention or involving physical assault, by calling the specified call center number.


14. Paid Services Only

The specialist will only provide services that have been paid for in advance. No additional services will be provided unless paid for using the available payment device. If a payment service is requested later, the service will not start until payment is made.


15. Prepare the tools:

The client must provide a suitable space to prepare the service tools for the specialist, to ensure that the service is provided efficiently.


16. No gifts:

It is prohibited to offer any material gifts to the specialist for any reason, in order to maintain professionalism and neutrality in providing the service.

Section Four: Financial Terms, Amendment and Cancellation

17. Advance payment:

The total booking value must be paid in advance when making the booking through the application, to ensure the booking is confirmed and the service is provided on the specified date.


18. Price adjustment:

The Company reserves the right to amend booking prices in accordance with government changes such as imposition of new taxes or fees. The amended fees will be collected from the Customer when they become effective.


19. Cancellation and modification:

The customer cannot cancel or modify reservations on the same day. The reservation can be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time and 25% of the total value will be deducted as an administrative fee.


20. Change the appointment:

The customer can modify the appointment only once, provided that the modification is made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and this is done through our website.


21. No change of location:

The customer cannot change the location specified in the reservation after the team arrives at the location. The service is considered provided if it is not used at the specified location.


22. Excluded reservation areas:

If the customer books a service in an area not covered by the application and the company is not notified of the error 24 hours before the appointment, the service is considered provided and no money will be refunded.


23. Payment methods:

Service fees can be paid using Apple Pay, MADA, STC Pay, or any other payment method approved in the application, to ensure easy and fast payment.

Section Five: Legal Obligations

24. Transfer of the specialist:

The Client shall not be entitled to transfer the Specialist to a third party or use her to provide the Service to other persons without the prior consent of the Company. In case of violation of this clause, the Company shall be entitled to terminate the Contract without compensation to the Client.


25. Breach of Terms:

In the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions, the company has the right to terminate the contract immediately without compensating the customer. The company reserves the right to file legal claims before the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


26. Refunds:

Amounts due and in compliance with the terms and conditions will be refunded through the application within 14 working days from the date of approval of the refund.
